Top quality pet care is what Jump Fur Joy! is all about.
To maintain secure, safe and fun care for your dog, cat and other pets I offer services by reservation only. To assure space for the pet services of your dog or cat , I recommend that you book your services appointment one to two weeks in advance of when you need Jump Fur Joy.
I understand things pop up in life. Sometimes I can take last minute requests for service. I just like you to know I might have a full house. In that case I will do my best to refer you to one of the other pet care providers in my area.
Cancellations and Refunds
Sometimes your plans change.
So if you’ve booked your appointment and paid for your services how are refunds handled?
1) Canceling reservations 2 weeks ahead of your service date allows for a full refund;
2) Canceling one week ahead allows for a 50% refund;
3) Less than one week’s cancellation there is no refund given.
